Payment Policy: The winning bidder of an item will be invoiced, and their credit card on file will be automatically charged. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If a credit card is declined, we will notify the winning bidder via email and ask them to update their credit card information. For purchases made, your credit card statement descriptor will say "Auction Quilt Garden".
It is essential to us that we ensure the health and safety of bidders, volunteers, and staff. The following shipping and pick up policies apply for this year’s Auction.
Shipping Policy: Please make sure your mailing address is up to date and correct in your account before bidding. All gift certificates and gift cards will be mailed unless stated otherwise. We charge a $1 shipping and handling fee per certificate or gift card to cover postage and shipping supplies. We will do our best to ship certificates and gift cards within 48 hours of payment. Gift certificates and gift cards are shipped from Madison. PBS Wisconsin is not responsible for replacing or refunding any items that are sent to an incorrect or outdated address.
Pick Up Policy: If you are the winning bidder of an item that is pick up only, you will receive an email to select a date and time to stop by to pick up your merchandise. Our Auction office is located near Lake St. and University Ave. in Madison. If you have an invoice that has both merchandise and certificates on it, we will hold the certificates with the merchandise. Contactless curb-side pick up and social distancing will be in practice. Pick up days are Wednesday, June 9 through Saturday, June 12, 10 am to 6 pm each day, by appointment only.
