	How do I update my e-mail address and/or other member account information?
Log-in. Go to My Account > My Profile > Update Account. Make changes to your member profile. Review and Save your changes. keywords: update, email, member, information, account, profile
	What should I do if I forget my Username and/or Password?
To retrieve your Username, go to Help > Forgot Username? and enter your registered e-mail address and last name. Your Username will be e-mailed to you. To reset your Password, go to Help > Forgot Password? and enter your Username and last name. You will be asked to verify your account.
